Xiaolin Martial Arts is unique. We offer the finest balance of traditional Chinese Kung Fu and
progressive self-defense application. We are not concerned with trends and hype. Our only concern
is bringing the finest Martial Arts training to real people.
Ancient Chinese Kung Fu forms and exercises strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. Beyond the
immediate benefits of weight loss, greater flexibility, and improved cardiovascular health, students
experience improved focus and a renewed sense of self. Each student is shown how to push their limits
and better themselves as individuals.
We show our students how to incorporate kung fu training into their daily lives. Techniques are
taught for use in real life situations, not a gym or ring. Drills and scenario training ensure our
students are well equipped to handle themselves should the worst occur. Our high energy leveled classes
keep all ages and experience levels training at their peak potential. Small class sizes provide a comfortable
and personal environment where Sifu Charles Bigham provides hands on instruction to all Xiaolin Martial Arts’
students. Our class offerings include internal martial arts, such as Tai Qi and Qi Gung, and weapons classes,
such as staff, sword, and kwon dao.
A member of the Tak Wah Kung Fu family, Xiaolin Martial Arts is part of a long honored Kung Fu lineage. We
believe in a Martial Arts community and support our brother school Shaolin Kung Fu Temple in many events throughout
the tri state area in martial arts demos and Chinese Lion Dances.
